*What You?ll Do*

Your day-to-day will be dynamic, blending top-tier retail service with hands-on business and print solutions:

• *Customer Excellence:* Deliver exceptional service, build rapport with regular clients, and consult on the best shipping and business solutions.
• *Shipping & Logistics:* Efficiently process domestic and international shipments using store software; accurately input data, evaluate carrier rates, and present customers with optimal shipping speeds, costs, and protection options.
• *Store Operations:* Safely operate store equipment (production printers, scanners, laminators, binding machines, and fax machines).
• *Mailboxes:* Receive, sort, and distribute parcels accurately. Manage mailbox rentals and educate customers on their benefits.
• *Print & Graphic Design:* Work directly with clients to interpret design needs. Create graphics, logos, and visual layouts for print marketing, illustrations, and local business collateral.
• *Expert Packing:* Follow standard packaging guidelines to assess, quote, and expertly pack fragile or valuable items.
• *Daily Maintenance:* Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain a clean, organized, and safe storefront.

*What We?re Looking For *

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic POS systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking ability with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable lifting and moving packages up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with Graphic Design and print production software, preferred.
• Prior experience working in a print shop, shipping hub, or postal office, preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
