My client is an incredibly successful manufacturing brand who focus on quality of staff, quality of product and quality of service, working from their state-of-the-art facility in Wolverhampton. Due to an increase in orders and customer demands, they now need a structured and organised do-er. Someone who gets things done. You will be the person to facilitate the entire customer experience from the very first contact through to confirmation of the order and beyond. Key requirements in brief

Solid administrative skills with high attention to detail and process driven . Working knowledge and support of Sales, procurement and supply chain would be an ideal Someone who understands the manufacturing process or has worked within this arena The role Responsible for being the main point of contact for clients, dealing with enquiries, quotes, orders, pricing and scheduling etc Coordinating the complete quotation preparation and submission to the client. Act the key link between the customer and your internal departments. You will work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality and other relevant departments to ensure that customer requirements, delivery schedules, pricing, quality standards and service expectations are achieved. Co-ordinate cross-functional activities to ensure customer requirements are effectively delivered. Work with Production and Planning to align capacity, lead times and delivery commitments. Liaise with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure material availability, cost control and supply. Monitor customer orders through to delivery, proactively managing changes, delays and issues. Monitor enquiries, pricing and margins, identifying risks and supporting profitable decision-making. Provide regular customer updates and report on and any risks or opportunities

About you The person we are looking for must be someone who can multitask multiple projects with a roll up your sleeves mentality. Someone who take ownership to get the job done.
