Within this assignment, you will support a large executive organization in the design, further development, and management of business-critical systems and processes. You will make an important contribution to the implementation of complex changes within the organization and ensure that systems remain stable, reliable, and future-proof.
As a Functional Administrator, you form the link between the business and IT. You translate user needs and functional requirements into suitable solutions and contribute to a reliable and efficient execution of business processes.

From your broad perspective, you oversee the entire process chain and look beyond your own area of focus. You advise colleagues and stakeholders, both requested and unsolicited, on improvements and the impact of changes.
Your activities include, among others:
- Executing, coordinating, and supervising user tests.
- Analyzing incidents and performing appropriate corrective actions.
- Organizing user demonstrations and providing support to end users.
- Performing production checks after the implementation of new functionalities, systems, and services.
- Supporting the design, (chain) test design, and other testing activities.

• experience with (administrative) processes and complex data;
• experience with scrum, databases, and SQL;
• a good command of the English language, so that you can communicate with international stakeholders.
