Subject: nail a dream job with us!!! We are on the hunt for a remarkable, enthusiastic, and exceptionally capable part-time esthetician to join our team at our West Kelowna beauty bar.

Your tasks

What you?ll do:

• Provide outstanding esthetics services: You?ll own your role, from our famous brazillians and waxing to laser hair removal and a variety of medi-spa facials (including dermaplaning, chemical peels, and customized facials).
• Amaze and retain our guests: You?ll create a lively atmosphere, facilitate great conversations, and share your expert knowledge with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Contribute to our #clinicallyclean standards: You take pride in maintaining a spotless station, disinfecting surfaces, and helping the team succeed.
• Proactively make sales: You?ll educate guests on products and services to help them feel their best, planting seeds for rebooking future appointments.

Requirements

Who you are:

• A passion for esthetics: You love the industry and have the proper education/licensing required. You appreciate the variety of service execution and filling your day with variety.
• Emotionally intelligent: You have a dynamic character, you can read the room, and you make guests feel welcomed whether through engaging conversation or comfortable silence.
• Team-oriented: You appreciate honest feedback, have strong integrity, and love to celebrate everyone?s successes.
• Professional: You are reliable, upbeat, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, growing business.

must have an esthetics license, wax license or nail license.
