Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Respond promptly to breakdowns at F&B outlets, conducting on-site repairs for kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, and MEP systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues to minimize operational downtime.
• Support routine checks and repairs to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently.
• Coordinate with outlet managers on maintenance needs, document actions taken, and update records at the head office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role within F&B outlets/restaurants.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances and systems.
• Hands-on expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works.
