YR23- Warehouse Assistant|Forklift License|5.5 Days

Salary : $1800 - $2200 + AWS + VB Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange) Working days: 5.5 days’ work week Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm Job Description: Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods; Identity all areas of improvement and maximize productivity; Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management; Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensuring all stocks are arrange and delivered based on FIFO system; Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo; To implement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications; Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system; Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements; Prepare and support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List; Conduct physically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit; Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of the month); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once management request; Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times; Filling and arranging of documents; Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Secondary Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate Forklift License will be advantage
