WSH Coordinator | Construction | Up to $4,200 + AWS + PB | - 0220

WSH Coordinator / WSH Supervisor Salary: $3200 - $4200 + AWS + Performance Bonus Working Days: 6 days per week Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm Location: Various locations across Singapore Responsibilities Be involved in the Risk Management Team.

Conduct EHS training and toolbox meetings.

Conduct regular site checks, compile relevant reports and records, and carry out daily safety inspections.

Prepare necessary safety reports as requested.

Supervise and check site work. Ensure all lifting gears, appliances and electrical equipment are inspected and records are kept up to date.

Implement rules and regulations for in-house workers' dormitories.

Maintain a daily working relationship with the WSH team, line management, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with WSH and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents and prepare monthly safety reports.

Perform duties in accordance with the roles and responsibilities stated in the Workplace Safety, Health and Environment Management System.

Liaise and work closely with contractors.

Monitor workers' training, enrolment and updates for all workers' related courses or matters as directed by the Project Director / HR.

Conduct or assist with new hire onboarding, orientation and/or offboarding, including interviewing workers.

Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements Degree / Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or equivalent.
