Senior Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding) Salary: $3500 - $3800 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Timing: 8.30am – 5.30pm  Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang) Job Scope: Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.) Process and prepare shipments within the system and ensure declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations Maintain familiarity with regulations for various Singapore Authorities (eg: SFA, NParks, HSA, NEA etc) Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system Report to Operations Manager Requirements Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in Air & Sea freight With team leading experience Knowledge of  Tradenet  and  Sysfreight  is an added advantage Tee Xin Li Reg No: R24121619 | The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd EA No: 14C7279
