Working Hours: Mon – Friday 9am to 6pm Location: Tanjong Pagar Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commission + AWS & Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
- Promote sea freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions
- Manage and expand existing client accounts within the freight forwarding industry
- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers and vendors
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research on customer requirements and competitor activities
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
- Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, and quotations
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry activities to expand business opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Experience in sea freight sales or freight forwarding company
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms
- Familiar with customs regulations and shipping documentation
