Sales Coordinator Salary: $2500 - $2800 Working Hours: 9am – 6:30pm | Monday - Friday Location: Commonwealth Responsibilities Service and support the company’s existing clientele base of interior designers, architects and clients. Work closely with designers and clients to understand their fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft-furnishing requirements. Assist with product selection, specifications, samples and pricing. Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly. Follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoing projects. Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers. Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients. Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders. Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams. Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and project details. Requirements Experience in fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, soft furnishings or hospitality projects would be an advantage.
