Position: Indoor Sales
Working Location: Sim Lim Square (Rochor MRT) Working Days: Monday – Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Salary: S$2,000 basic + commission up to $500++
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
- Promote and sell IT products, accessories and related computer equipment.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales transactions and product information.
- Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications to customers.
- Assist with stock checking, product display and inventory replenishment.
- Follow up with customers and provide basic after-sales support.
- Maintain proper sales records and perform basic administrative duties using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT products and computer systems
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in IT products
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and email
