Quantity Surveyor Salary: $3500 - $4500 Working Days: Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm Working Location: Tuas Job Scope: Prepare and analyze cost comparison for tender and projects. Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers. Responsible for measuring quantities, cost estimation, taking off and submission for tender and projects. ­ Prepare variation orders, claim, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments. ­ Responsible for material order processing and cost control. ­ To attend site meeting and submit progress claims. ­ Prepare and arrange daily delivery, liaise with factory/production and prepare delivery order and liaise with site/main con for delivery to meet project schedule. ­ Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect liability period. ­ Monitor factory production daily activities/Delivery and workers overtime if necessary.
