Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, scheduling, operation and execution of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules.
- Assist in the management of project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth communication and resolution of project issues.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability.
- Support or lead project teams, including site engineers and coordinators.
Requirements
Job requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
