Project Director [ Electrical Project / East ]

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary engineering projects
• Oversee project planning, execution, commercial performance and final handover
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and resource allocation
• Lead major contract negotiations, subcontract packages and commercial discussions
• Oversee variation orders, claims, project risks and contractual matters
• Manage senior project managers, engineering teams and project resources
• Act as the key project representative for clients, contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure project quality, safety and compliance requirements are achieved
• Drive project performance and operational efficiency across the project team

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical project design and delivery
• Experience in large-scale electrical, mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects
• Experience reviewing electrical and vendor technical drawings
• Experience managing project budgets, commercial matters and senior project teams
