Position Title: Marketing Manager
Salary: $5800 - $6200 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM (44 hours/week) Location: Marine Parade
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels
- Drive digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management
- Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
- Support the CMO in brand-building, parent engagement, and marketing innovation projects
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a brand-side, or agency environment
- Prior exposure to multi-brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy
