Marine Superintendent [5 DAYS / PENJURU] (KCKC)

Location: Penjuru Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 Working days: Monday – Friday Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Responsibilities Ensuring vessels comply with all relevant maritime regulations and certifications Coordinate and monitor vetting inspections, class audits, SIRE, Flag State Inspections and other statutory surveys Approved crew assignments, conduct interviews and oversee onboarding Identify training needs and ensure structured development programmes are in place Support onboard mentoring and competency management initiatives Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and other international standards Conduct safety inspections, manage incident investigations and follow up on safety audits Monitor navigational safety, pollution prevention and cargo operations Support voyage planning and execution to maximise efficiency and cargo utilisation Monitor resource allocation and utilisation for optimal operational support Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime studies, Marine engineering, Naval architecture or related field At least 5 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role Certificate of competency (Master Mariner or Chief Engineer) recognised by MPA Singapore Familiarity with ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS and other maritime regulations ISM/ISPS or ISO Lead Auditor certification is an advantage Experience working with tankers preferred
