HR Executive Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus (April) + 14 Days Annual Leave Working Days: 5 Days | Monday – Friday Working Hours: 8:15am – 5:30pm Location: Gul Circle Company Transport: 7:30am pick-up from Chinese Garden, Lakeside and Boon Lay Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration, and employee welfare.

Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, liaising with employment agencies, and offer administration.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations.

Keep management updated on relevant changes in employment laws and HR regulations.

Coordinate mandatory employee training, maintain proper documentation, and ensure training records are up to date.

Provide general HR support and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR operations .

Experience using TIME software will be an advantage.
