Finance Executive / Accountant (Full Set)

Working Days: 5 days | Mon - Fri 8am – 5pm/ 8:30am – 5:30pm/ 9am – 6pm (Staggered Working Time)

Working Location: Pandan Loop

Salary: $3,300 - $4,500

Job Description Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including the general ledger, financial records and review of accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and relevant sustainability-related reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to facilitate business planning and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements and support relevant tax submissions.

Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders as required.

Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support business operations, financial planning and strategic initiatives.

Maintain effective internal controls, identify financial and operational risks and support appropriate risk management measures.

Oversee inventory accounting and stock counts, investigate discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting and support ERP/accounting system optimization and automation.

Job Requirement ACCA or an equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a full Accountant role with responsibilities in  general ledger, financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.

Strong knowledge of IFRS  and Singapore tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting and spreadsheet management.

Experience with  ERP/ accounting systems.
