Service Crew (Cantonese cuisine) 5.5 days, 44 hours per week  Working hours: 11am - 10pm with break time 2.30pm - 5.30pm Salary: $2500 -$2800 Location: 111 Somerset, Singapore 238164 Key Responsibilities: Greet and warmly welcome customers upon arrival Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales Handle cashiering duties, including billing and payment processing Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times Assist with basic food preparation when required Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas Replenish and stock supplies as needed Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards and procedures Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Chinese cuisine Cheong Yeat Long | R25145358 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd | EA 14C7279
