F & B General Manager [6 DAYS / ISLANDWIDE] (KCKC)

Gross salary: SGD 8,000–10,000 per month Work schedule: 6 days off per month, including shifts, weekends and public holidays Department: F&B Operations Location: Singapore — multiple outlets Core Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets. Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and uest satisfaction. Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting. Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence. Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements. Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency. Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role. Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations. Sound commercial knowledge, with experience in budgeting, cost management and performance analysis. Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and customer trends. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.
