Operations Executive (Construction)
Salary: $3500 - $5000 + Transport Allowances Working days & hour: 5.5 days, 8am - 5.30pm, 8am-12.30pm Location: Gul Drive | Client Site
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily construction site operations, including installation, maintenance and dismantling of equipment.
- Assist the Department Manager in supervising and coordinating teams of supervisors and workers.
- Coordinate manpower, logistics, equipment and operational arrangements to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with clients, project personnel and internal teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures, company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
- Monitor work progress and assist in resolving operational issues on-site.
- Perform other operational and project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess class 3 driving licence and own vehicle to travel between client sites and construction project locations.
- Able to read and understand architectural/structural drawings will be an advantage.
