Baker (Central Kitchen) Salary: $2300 - $3000 Working Days: 6 Days Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm | Sat: 7:30am - 12:30pm Location: Bedok Responsibilities Prepare and bake breads and other bakery products according to recipes and production requirements. Measure, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake dough. Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment. Ensure consistency in product quality, size, texture, and appearance. Follow daily production schedules and meet required production quantities. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment. Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures. Assist with packing and storage of finished products when required. Requirements Previous experience as a Baker or in a commercial/central kitchen is preferred. Knowledge of bread-making and basic baking techniques. Able to follow recipes and production instructions accurately. Able to operate basic bakery equipment.
