Position Title: Account Executive Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
Location: Pandan Road (near Clementi)
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (Depends on experience)
Company Transport will be provided when candidate choose 8:00am-5:00pm working hours. Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting
- Oversee and review AP functions including journal
- Inter-company transaction and balances
- Stock issues and related adjustments
- Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in accounting
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Audit background
