Position: Accounts cum Administrator

Salary: $2,800 - $3,000

Working Hours: 08:30am - 6pm (Monday to Friday), 08:30am - 1pm (Alt Saturday)

Location: Ubi

Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash book and bank book.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account books, ledgers and financial records.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, statements and other accounting documents.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly and year-end closing.
  • Prepare financial reports, management reports and accounting schedules as required.
  • Handle and submit company Income Tax, GST returns and other statutory filings within the required deadlines.
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documents for annual audit and other audit/review processes.
  • Assist with tax matters, statutory submissions and regulatory requirements, where applicable.
  • Monitor company expenses and ensure proper supporting documents are maintained.
  • Handle general office administration, including filing, correspondence, documentation and records management.
  • Maintain administrative records.
  • Assist with procurement, office supplies, quotations, purchase orders and vendor coordination.
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the Director and Management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper safekeeping of company, accounting and employee information.
  • Prepare and submit any other reports, documents or paperwork assigned by the Company or Management.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Company or Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Singapore accounting, CPF and statutory requirements would be an advantage
