Warehouse Assistant

Location: JTC Bedok Food City, 1550 Bedok North Avenue 4, Singapore 489950 Working Days: Monday-Saturday Working Hours: 8am-5pm Salary: $1,900-$2,500 + PB

Job Description

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick, pack and label products according to order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with loading and unloading, inspection and storage of goods.
• Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments according to safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements, company policies and SOPs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices.
