Electrical Designer (AutoCAD / ETAP)
Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Work Location: Macpherson Salary: $ 3000 - $ 6000 + AWS + Bonus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft electrical drawings using AutoCAD, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
- Perform electrical system modelling and studies using ETAP.
- Assist in power system analysis such as load flow, short circuit and protection coordination studies.
- Support engineers in design development, documentation and technical submissions.
- Ensure drawings and system studies comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
- Liaise with project team, consultants and contractors on design coordination.
- Update and maintain drawing records and revisions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical drafting / SLD.
- Familiar with ETAP for electrical system study and modelling.
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of electrical distribution systems.
- Training provided / 1 – 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
