6723 - Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer Location: Nearest MRT Lentor [ Report to office but might need to travel to site] Working hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.15pm Salary: $3500 - $4000 Job Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems. Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance. Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues. Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting. Prepare service and technical reports. Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers. Support project and engineering teams when required. Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned. Preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls). Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
