6723 - Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) [Toa payoh | M&E Construction Industry]

Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)  Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Time: 8.30am – 6.00pm Location: Toa Payoh Responsibilities Assist the Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders. Identify the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks. Create and maintain tender files for proper tracking and monitoring of tender activities. Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure the timely submission of tender pricing and technical information. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings. Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions. Review addenda and/or corrigenda and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly. Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner. Maintain relevant documentation in an organised and systematic manner. Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Possess a minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.
