6723 - Production Assembly Operator | $1.9K + Allowances | Pioneer | Training Provided

Operator

Working Location: Pioneer Working Days: 5 Days Working Hours : 8am - 5pm Basic Salary: $ 1, 900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Paid at $ 250 per month over 12 months)

Job Responsibilities (Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings):

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Job Requirement:

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.
