HR Executive Salary: $3,000-$3,500 + AWS + Variable bonus[Apr] + 14 AL Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay] Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday] Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration. Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates. Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records Requirement: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations Experience in using Time software is preferred
