[2868] Legal Counsel (Construction Sector)

Location: 25 Tanjong Kling Rd Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days Working hours : 8am to 530pm Salary : $7,000 - $7,500  Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies and business units on a broad range of legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues; including contracts review, drafting, negotiation and advisory generally Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects Support setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices, and the closing or liquidation of such set up Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee the progress of their work Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal and contractual matters Any other duties to be assigned from time to time Prerequisites: Degree in Law 8 to 12 years’ post-qualification experience , knowledge in construction law Lester Ong Yu Xuan | Reg No : R26162868 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd | EA No. : 14C7279
