[2868] Kitchen Crew / Assistant Chef (5 days / Central)

Working Days: 5 days work (rotate shift) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2.5 hours break, staff meals provided) Working Location: Somerset Basic Salary: $2800 - $3600  Job Description: Assist the chef with daily food preparation and cooking Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements Assist with preparation of vegetables, sauces, noodles, dumplings and other menu items Support the kitchen team during busy service periods Ensure food preparation areas, kitchen equipment and workstations are kept clean and hygienic Assist with receiving and storing ingredients Check food quality and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage Perform other kitchen duties as required Requirements: Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred Experience with Korean cuisine is an advantage but not required Lester Ong Yu Xuan | Reg No : R26162868 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd | EA No. : 14C7279
