Centre Manager / Programme Manager - Social Service / Welfare home

Salary: $5,000 - $7,000 Working Days: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Working Location: Eunos Crescent

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organisation’s overall strategies
• Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
• Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
• Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre’s objectives
• Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
• Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
• Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Social Services or related fields
• Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services
• Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage
