[0580] Warehouse Assistant [Forklift/ VNA/ Reach Truck] - Woodlands/ Up to $3k

Salary: $2,000 - $3000  Location: Senoko, Woodlands Working Timing:  [5.5days x1]  Mon to Friday 830am to 530pm & Sat 830am to 1230pm  [12 hrs shift x1]  4-3-4-3 | 830am to 830pm  Job Responsibilities Handle daily warehouse operations including picking, handling and checking of goods.

Process Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions using SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate and communicate with customers to support order fulfilment and resolve issues.

Conduct daily, monthly and quarterly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.

Receive incoming cargo and release outbound shipments according to standard procedures.

Organise and place items into designated bin locations to optimise warehouse storage.

Pick and consolidate orders accurately for shipment preparation.

Label, pack and perform quality control checks to ensure product standards before dispatch.

Palletise goods for export according to shipping requirements.

Perform general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Manage material handling equipment (MHE) to support warehouse operations safely and efficiently.

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Job Requirements With relevant experience Experience operating forklift, VNA or reach truck IT savvy and comfortable using scanning systems Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be an added advantage The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
