Salary: $3,000 - $4,200 Location: Central (Relocating to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027) Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 6pm / Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities
Programme & Resource Planning
- Prepare overall programme schedules and timetables using Syllabus Plus and release them within the required timeframe.
- Coordinate teaching assignments with Heads of Schools, prioritising and optimally assigning Full-Time Academics; manage and maintain the Associate Lecturer pool.
- Plan and manage room and lecturer resources using Syllabus Plus.
- Maintain programme, student and Associate Lecturer data in Syllabus Plus, eTeam and other applicable systems, including AL lists and modules taught.
- Liaise with vendors and relevant departments on lecturer placement, contract issuance, payroll and statutory updates.
Exams & Student Management
- Plan examination schedules with the Exam Team and liaise with the Exam Centre for main and re-examinations.
- Support assessment material preparation, prepare examination nominal rolls and follow up on examination absences.
- Manage student services including orientation, enrolment and requests such as re-module, deferment, extension, exemption, programme switch and withdrawal.
- Monitor module enrolments, deviations from standard study pathways and attendance; administer warning letters, follow up on absenteeism and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Prepare class attendance registers and information for student pass renewal.
- Disseminate start-term, test/quiz/exam information and other communications to students; monitor course fee payments and invoice issuance.
- Flag and follow up on at-risk students.
Programme & Stakeholder Management
- Assist with lecturer orientation and liaise with internal academics, university partners, vendors and other stakeholders on programme-related administrative and operational matters.
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Prior relevant experience in the Private Education industry is an advantage.
- Good understanding of higher education qualifications in Singapore and internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge/experience in resource planning, scheduling and optimisation tools is advantageous.
