Your tasks
- Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on the delivery schedule.
- Processing customer sales order, arrange shipment and invoicing.
- Update shipment status to consignees.
- Communicate with freight forwarders / courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import and export shipment. Source for the best freight and transport rates.
- Coordinator with store for confirmed orders from customers.
- Handling Country Market like China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
Requirements
- Minimum O Level.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
- Knowledge of SAP is a must.
