Provide information about cupcake flavours, ingredients, and promotions. Take and process customer orders accurately (in-store, takeaway, or online). Handle payments, operate the cash register, and balance the till at the end of the shift. Ensure cupcakes and display shelves are well-presented and stocked throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including the display area, tables, and counters. Assist with packaging, labelling, and replenishing baked goods.
