Location: Kallang Salary: $3800 to $5500 Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction or M&E industry. Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of contract administration, VO and EOT processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documents. Key Responsibilities Draft and issue contractual letters, notices and correspondence to clients, consultants and subcontractors. Assist in the preparation of Variation Orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other contractual documents. Review contract documents, specifications and technical drawings. Coordinate with project teams on contract-related matters and submissions. Maintain proper records of contractual documents and correspondence.
