Working Location: Leng Kee Road Salary: $2600 - $3200 (Depends on Experiences) Key Responsibilities Handle all in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls. Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries. Be familiar with different product ranges that FS is offering. Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery / logistics details. Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers. Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different categories of customers. Ensure customers’ orders / requirements are processed efficiently. Provide necessary support to individual division. Check customer PO against your quotation before hand over to Order Processing to process order. Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Requirements GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent. 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in similar capacity. Training Provided. Proficient in MS Office. The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
