[0580] Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing | Machinery - Electrical / HVAC)

Salary: $2800 - $3200 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am – 12.30pm (Saturday) Location Woodlands Walk

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
• Oversee general facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in supervising maintenance technicians and monitoring work quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO requirements, and MOM standards.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and maintenance costs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager / supervisor.

Requirements

• NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or facilities management experience in the manufacturing sector.
