Salary: $2,800 - $3,000 Working Days: 6 days per week Working Hours: 9am - 9pm / 11am - 11pm (12hrs per day, rotating shift) Working Location: (Near MacRitchie reserved) Daily 2-way Transport provided at Caldecott/Bishan MRT, Direct to MRT/home for late hours. Uniform and meals provided Responsibilities: Responsible for operating the F&B outlets assigned Uplift customer relations and attend to customer complaints/ queries promptly Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs Create interesting cocktails and constantly innovate in preparation and presentation. Understand the crucial aspect of bar and beverage control. Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly. Any ad hoc duties as required Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply. Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.
