*Key Responsibilities*

• Identify and research new sales leads and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts
• Understand customer application to provide technical guidance and value-added options
• Coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track activities and meet/exceed monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity in the CRM

*Required Skills and Qualifications*

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in metal distribution
• Knowledge of hot rolled mild steel and specialty metals is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
• Excellent communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Ability to read structural drawings & generate material take-offs an asset
