We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales, marketing, reservations and client relations for a portfolio of premium short-stay apartments in Lagos. The role will focus on increasing visibility, generating business, converting enquiries, and driving occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or recognised professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales, Hospitality or a related field. 3-4 years’ relevant sales, marketing, business development or commercial experience. Strong sales, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills. Good understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, pricing and performance data. Proactive, organised and results-oriented. Experience in short-let, hospitality, real estate or travel is an advantage.
