We are looking for someone to own the day-to-day running of our paid, organic and lifecycle channels.

Requirements

1-3 years in growth, performance or digital marketing (agency or in-house) Hands-on experience running paid campaigns end to end, not just briefing an agency Comfortable in spreadsheets and analytics – you can pull a number, sanity-check it, explain it Familiarity with a CRM or automation platform ([HubSpot / Klaviyo / Braze]) Clear written communication, especially when reporting results Nice to have: [B28 Saas / D2C) experience, basic SQL landing pages in [Webflow / Unbounce], affiliate or partner channels.
