M&A Lawyer

Our client is an established local mid-sized law firm who are looking to bring on an associate/senior associate to their M&A team. You will advise state-owned entities, MNCs and SMEs across the region on cross-border M&A transactions and FDI into emerging markets. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting multi-jurisdictional matters with a friendly team. Requirements Singapore Qualified (2-5 PQE) Transactional M&A experience and open to picking up other areas of Corporate work Prior experience with fundraising and foreign direct investment is advantageous Other regional language skills (eg.
