The Role As Parts Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the parts department, ensuring excellent service levels for both internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include: Supervising daily parts department operations Supporting and developing departmental team members Managing stock control and inventory levels Maximising parts sales and profitability Maintaining excellent relationships with workshop and retail customers Ensuring manufacturer standards and processes are followed Assisting with department performance and KPI management What's on Offer?
