Your tasks
Working alongside the Bodyshop Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the department, helping to achieve volume and profitability targets while ensuring resources are used effectively. You'll take a proactive approach to improving performance, maintaining high standards and motivating the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational performance.
- At least 2 years' experience in a vehicle bodyshop environment
- A strong customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Experience managing, supporting or motivating a team
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and tenacious attitude
- The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and add value to the business
- Strong automotive product knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in bodyshop vehicle estimating would be a distinct advantage.
