A professional is required to lead strategic planning and knowledge management. The purpose of this role is to convert institutional information into indicators, reports, and actionable decisions, directly impacting strategic planning, institutional monitoring, knowledge management, and accountability. Interaction with senior management will occur, transversal learning will be promoted, and work will be carried out with multiple stakeholders. The Strategic Planning Professional will be key in monitoring and evaluation, as well as in information management. The Knowledge Manager will support data-driven decision-making. A Planning Analyst with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization is sought. The position requires an Indicators Specialist with the capacity to generate executive reports. Experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation Professional will be valued. The objective is to strengthen decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative information. Responsibilities: Design and execute institutional strategic plans. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement and manage monitoring and evaluation systems. Foster and systematize knowledge management within the organization. Generate executive reports and data visualizations (Power BI) for decision-making. Perform statistical analyses and propose improvements based on data. Facilitate accountability through the presentation of results. Interact with different areas and hierarchical levels for information collection and analysis.
Requirements: 4 to 6 years of experience in roles of planning, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, or data analysis. Advanced handling of Excel, Stata, R, and Python. Mastery of Power BI for data visualization and the preparation of executive reports. Expert knowledge in management indicators and measurement systems. Experience in statistical analysis and the preparation of executive reports. B2 English level. Professional in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related areas with a quantitative emphasis.
