Scientific Instrument Engineer / Service Engineer (Full-Time)

Collaborating with leading global manufacturers in the sector, it is positioned to provide integrated solutions for diverse laboratory applications in research and educational institutions, hospital and clinical diagnostic laboratories, as well as food and pharmaceutical industries. As part of the company's continuous growth, one (1) new position is being created, which will be immediately staffed by a capable and motivated candidate: Scientific Instrument Engineer / Service Engineer (Full-Time) Main Responsibilities: Installation, parameterization, and demonstration of scientific instruments to customers (laboratories, universities, industries). Preventive maintenance and diagnosis/repair of faults (repairs) at customer sites or in the company's laboratories. Providing technical support and training to instrument users. Drafting technical reports (service reports) and adhering to the company's quality procedures. Communication with manufacturers abroad to resolve complex technical issues. Participation in conferences – exhibitions – seminars. Required Qualifications: University/Technical Institute degree in Engineering sciences (Electronic Engineer, Biomedical Engineering, Automation) or Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Biology) with a proven technical orientation. Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) for communication with external partners and studying technical manuals. Very good knowledge of computer use, software, and networks. Knowledge of quality system management (ISO9001, ISO13485). Ability to travel/move within and outside the headquarters. Possession of a private vehicle driver's license. Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates). Previous experience in a similar technical support position for analytical, laboratory, or diagnostic instruments (e.g., FPLC/HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, Analyzers, General Laboratory Equipment). Experience in using diagnostic tools and electronic systems. Excellent communication and information transfer skills. Professionalism and teamwork.
