*Duties*

• Perform thorough cleaning and debris removal to prepare damaged areas for restoration.
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials and facilitate repairs.
• Assist with construction tasks such as drywall installation, flooring replacement, and minor carpentry work.
• Apply restoration techniques to restore properties to their pre-loss condition efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all equipment is maintained properly for optimal performance.
• Document work progress accurately and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Support the overall cleanup process to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

*Experience*

• Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration work is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and scrapers.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively during various repair tasks.
• Knowledge of restoration procedures related to water damage, fire damage, or mold remediation is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in different environmental conditions.
• Basic understanding of building materials and construction processes will enhance your effectiveness.
